Using the iPad and AMX Control Panels in Zoom Rooms

To use the room for a Zoom meeting:

  1. Tap the Zoom icon on the AMX controller panel.

  1. Wait for the system to boot up.
  2. iPad can now be used to start, join, run, and end Zoom meetings.

 

To use the room equipment for presentation only (No Zoom):

  1. Tap the Presentation icon on the AMX controller panel. You will not use the iPad for presentation mode in the conference room.

  1. Connect the laptop to the connections available on the podium.
  2. On the AMX controller panel, HDMI A.

 

To power off a room after use with Zoom:

  1. On the iPad, tap the Red Leave Meeting button in the Zoom meeting, then tap End Meeting for All.
  2. On the AMX Panel, tap the System Power button, then tap the red Power Off button.
